Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie



I’ve been waiting to post this twist on one of my favorite childhood meals! This recipe I did in partner with Designer Whey and Fitfluential using DW’s new line of Sustained Energy. It’s still just 100 calories per scoop, but uses an endurance blend of protein powders (whey, soy and casein). If you’ve never tried peanut butter in your smoothie, I HIGHLY suggest it. Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie


Cook time: 

Total time: 

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bean, Designer Whey Sustained Energy
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 cup soy milk
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

    think of if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more,
    “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and
    clips, this website could definitely be one of the very best in its
