Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie

I’ve been waiting to post this twist on one of my favorite childhood meals! This recipe I did in partner with Designer Whey and Fitfluential using DW’s new line of Sustained Energy. It’s still just 100 calories per scoop, but uses an endurance blend of protein powders (whey, soy and casein). If you’ve never tried peanut butter in your smoothie, I HIGHLY suggest it. It’s one of my favorite things to add to my smoothie:) Click here for the PB & J Protein Smoothie Recipe.

I was a little skeptical if this would actually taste like PB&J but made it this morning and YUM! It truly tastes like PB&J

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is important and all. But
think of if you added some great visuals or videos to give your posts more,
“pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and
clips, this website could definitely be one of the very best in its
    niche. Good blog!

This is fantastic! Love it and glad I found it through Eat This Not That! Really tastes like a PB&J sammie! Without the guilt! Yum!! Thanks!

The smoothie might be tasty, but I won’t try it. Why? Because the photo is off putting. The picture is messy not artistic. You look like a nice lady; to bad the pb and j smoothie looks like a 4 yr old got into the kitchen without supervision.
