Looking for refreshing summer cocktails? Try this gorgeous blackberry gin mojito. It’s made with gin, fresh blackberries, lime juice, and mint. It’s served over ice and so yummy.

Ingredients 

  • 5-8 large fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 lime, sliced
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz. gin
  • Club soda, enough to fill the glass (about 1/2 cup)

Instructions 

  • Add the blackberries, lime, and mint to a highball glass. Muddle with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon until the mint is broken up and the berries have released their juices.
  • Add the gin, followed by the club soda. Stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately with ice.

Tips & Notes

  • Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add simple syrup or quick dissolve sugar to taste.
