Oh it’s just me, sitting at a coffee shop in Milwaukee. YES, I am here again and it is WONDERFUL. I got in a couple nights ago and Man Candy and I played some kick ball, had ice cream, and….went to Selena Gomez (SAY WHAAAAT?…yeah..more on that in my next post). But, Milwaukee is the BOMB.COM and life is grand right now.
I have been traveling back and fourth to Milwaukee quite a bit these days along with lots of other travel, which is one reason I was inspired to write this meal prep SNACK post. Let’s be real. We all know that I can’t survive a day without snacks. I eat little bits here and there to get me through to the next meal and I’m not embarrassed about it. Gotta keep your blood sugars up or I’m going to get hangry, amiright? But, in all seriousness…because I am on-the-go, on planes, running to meetings, etc. etc. etc…..it is SO important for me to have HEALTHY snacks for a bit of energy or protein that I can take with me.

However, when I DO have time meal-prepping homemade snacks is a LIFE SAVER (Mmmm I used to love Life Savers). Whether it’s hummus ready in the fridge or BALLS waiting in my freezer for me after a workout…it is so helpful to have snacks on hand for the week that I know are made with whole and healthy ingredients.
